1. Policy on IR Activities
    The Company aims to provide shareholders and investors with information in an equitable, timely, and appropriate manner. The Group discloses information in an accurate, fair, and timely manner in line with its disclosure system for corporate information based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuers of Listed Securities stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter “timely disclosure rules”). In addition to information pertaining to regulations on securities listings, the Company actively discloses information that it deems important for its business activities.
     
  2. Methods for information disclosure
    The disclosure of information subject to timely disclosure in the timely disclosure rules is published on the TSE’s timely disclosure system (TDnet). The Company believes that its IR website is an important source of information for shareholders and investors, and as much as possible, actively and equitably discloses information that it feels will aid the understanding of shareholders and investors, even if such information is not covered by the rules on timely disclosure in the timely disclosure rules.
     
  3. Silent period
    The Company observes a silent period from the day after the fiscal period ends to the day that financial results are announced in order to prevent the leak of financial information and ensure impartiality. During this period, the Company refrains from answering questions or commenting on financial results. However, during this silent period, if there are indications that earnings will deviate significantly from forecasts, the Company will announce this in line with the timely disclosure rules.

    The current plans, forecasts, strategies, and other information provided on our IR website are future forecasts prepared based on certain assumptions, and rely on the management’s assessments based on information available up to the present. Accordingly, these forecasts involve risks, uncertainties, and other factors.
