Misawaya Shoten, the predecessor of Bull-Dog Sauce Co., Ltd., was established in 1902, and began making and selling sauce in 1905. We are very grateful for the patronage of our customers throughout Japan for over 120 years.

 

The changes in our lifestyles in recent years and the speed at which these changes are happening is striking. Food has not escaped these changes. We must plan, manufacture, and deliver to our customers products that meet a wide range of requests—not only safety, peace of mind, and health, but also delicious taste, convenience, fun, and beauty. It is not enough for the Bull-Dog Group to simply deliver these products—one of the most important roles that we must play is to plan and present scenes in which these products are consumed.

 

In this kind of environment, we believe that the value the Group must deliver to all customers from now on is to spread the joy of food around the world with the deliciousness of nature’s riches. Our sauce is a condiment that draws out nature’s bounty to make the most of food’s appeal. We want to contribute to these changes in lifestyle by expanding the sauce’s business scope to include bastes and dressings and developing businesses and condiments utilizing the sauce’s raw ingredients such as spices, vinegars, and other products.
